This is one of our
plastic pvc cylinder box machine specialize for curling the single side or both side of PET/PVC pvc cylindrical tube. It is the second steps of cylindrical pvc boxes production. This is a manual and standard design models of this series machine with 2 head curling position with heat plate to preheat the PVC/PET tube for getting good curling result.
Application:- It is wide use in the plastic cylindrical containers box packaging industry for making PVC/APET/PP plastic material to make cylinder tube boxes containers for packaging candy, tools, gift presents, stationary, earphone , drink tea, toothbrush and so on. It is good for transparent plastic cylinder shipping tube container and clear PVC tube packaging box production. It is widely used for high production of packaging plastic tube gift boxes , PET Packaging tube, Toiletry Items Tube Packaging box container…

- The productions of each machine is with the number of curling heads. As usual, one piece of plastic cylinder tube machine model need to operated with 1~2 piece of four curling heads plastic pvc cylinder box machine model JC-2012-4H. If client chose double heads pvc cylinder tube margin curling machine model JC-2012-2H. it is better to order 3~4 piece to complete this new plastic PET PVC tube boxes production line.

For pvc plastic cylinder box machine, we commend to use 50 - 60HZ Phases: 1~3 phase 220V/380V voltage
d). Could you make die / mould for me, if I buy machine from you?
We design and make mold according to real sample or drawings in detail
e): What about Delivery Time:
7~10 working days for standard machine; 20 ~ 30 working days for machines customized

Yes, it is; we shall provide instructional manual, videos and engineer support via email or video talk online.
